Mentorship. As a brand new agent, your #1 goal should be to learn as much as possible. We focus on getting our agents onboarded as quickly as possible so that we can start building your knowledge and sales skills.

At this tier, our focus is to build your skills so that you're more effective both on the phone and in person with your clients. Training the habits that are required to be successful.

You've seen success in your Career. Now it's about taking it to the next level. We're going to focus on building YOUR business plan. FOCUS on what is working and eliminating what is not.
